Venue Hire Pricing
Terms & Conditions
- Please note, we do not have half day rates or half an hour rates, we charge by the hour.
- Should you go over the allocated time, you will be charged an extra hour.
Please adhere to the following:

Non-refundable 50% booking deposit.

R1,000 refundable deposit, should the venue be restored and cleaned to an acceptable standard and there are no breakages to furniture and fittings.

Santosa does not offer catering but we are happy to refer.

Tea/Coffee must be purchased from Santosa.

Additional Barista charge of R400.

Our venue can cater up to 80 people with your own set-up.

If you use our current set up it only caters for 30 people.

Guests are required to clean up & breakdown event and restore to original condition. Should this not be adhered to, there will be an additional charge of R1,000 for clean up.

Music is permitted till 10pm for evening and weekend events. All speakers and excessive noise must be kept to a minimum or switched off to abide by the law and as a courtesy to our neighbours.

We will not be held accountable for any injury/misdemeanours on said property.

Under no circumstances are messy nights allowed in the venue.

We will not be held responsible for any vehicle damage/theft. Park at your own risk.
